Our name pays homage to the traditional wooden slit-drum used in Papua New Guinea that served as a powerful medium for communication for generations. GCL carries that same spirit of connection into the digital age, positioning Papua New Guinea as a strategic and active participant in the frontiers of space and cyberspace.
Currently GCL is developing a backbone infrastructure project in the telecommunications sector. This regional transformation project is now progressing to bankable feasibility stage. The project dovetails energy innovation as a vital enabler for digital transformation.
Our goal is to develop resilient infrastructure projects that are commercially viable and deliver strategic and sustainable outcomes.
